This project in Midtown East entailed a gut renovation of the kitchen, foyer, and living room to remove interior walls and existing tile to create a large combined living space. The renovation included new paint colors, new layout design, and finishes to provide open concept entertaining.  All new custom kitchen cabinets, floating shelves, wall paneling and built-ins maximized storage while maintaining the home's prewar style.
